Altech miss quoted me

I am really upset with Altech Autopage, i requested for the recording when they called me to upgrade my account as i was miss quoted i was told it was 289 a month after i upgraded it was R40 more than usual and i said it is fine, I then get billed R329.00 last month. when i called now they said it was not including BIS and they did not tell me that. I asked to hear the voice recording that we had when they called to upgrade my account and they say they cant let me hear it, Maybe i miss understood or maybe they did tell me and i dont rememebr that is why i want to hear the recording as i know i will not say yes to something if it was too much a month for me to afford.
