Insurance not put in place

On 13 or14 January 2013I was phoned by an Altech Autopage consultant. She offered me insurance for my cell phone. I empahtically agreed. She ensured me I have to do nothing from my side only give permission and she would make all the arrangements. On 2 September my cell phone was at OR Thambo Airport. I reported it to the police. I went to Altech Autopage and asked for them to log my cell phone. I provided them with my case number: 06/09/13. They informed me I was not insured.

I want the Director from Altech Autopage to take responsibility for the fact that I was promised insurance but it was never affected. I also want a new cell phone from Altech Autopage. The onis was on them to affect the insurance and they did not. Please listen to the call log on 13/14 January 2013 for evidence.
