Pathetic service

It has been over a month and the issue with my upgrade has still not been resolved. Cell c called once saying they are going to listen to the call recording then get back to me but no feedback has been received. I dont think its difficult for them to access the recording since all their calls are recorded. this clearly shows how incompetent they are yet they continue to deduct money. The step i will take is lodge a complaint with ICASA.
