There is no manager at MTN ..so i'm told

My contract was over no the 1st of December. and I have cancel this contract, today I received another sums saying I owe they R277.00.this up place refuse to cancel my contract.
2 weeks ago I have when to MTN and spoken to this clown who assured me, he will cancel it and send me a letter to date I didn't hear from him. I want to speak to a manager. And was told me manager don't take calls...
Wow isn't this nice company.
