Not receiving 3 free gig as per contract

I have upgraded my contract at the beginning of the year and as per the consultant, Stanton Greyvensteyn, on the contract that I took out I would get 3 gig free for 4 months I decided to take the contract with the lap top, samsung pocket phone and modem I did receive my first 3 free gig after a of a fight from there I am phoning every month to find out whats going on and Stanton can never tell me and the other consultants tells me that they don't know were I get my info on the 3 free gig for 4 months from If this was a one off 3 free gig offer Stanton had to tell that from start. I have a letter from Stanton confirming the contract that I took out
