Have not received the free data on my package

I applied for a contract on the Galaxy S3 on Autopage's website and received a call thereafter from your Maponya Mall branch asking me to collect the phone there. I collected the phone on 4 April. The package that I applied and signed for was meant to come with 300MB of free data for the first three months. Despite this, I have been receiving only 100MB and not 300MB.

On numerous occasions, I called the Thabo (the salesman) at the Autopage store and asked him to rectify this and he didn't. On a number of occasions, he said he would call me back and he didn't. I even spoke to the manager (Jeremia) and he said he would rectify this on a number of occasions and till this day, nothing has been done. I also raised this with Autopage's call center and head office and even they couldn't help me.

In the past three months, I have paid extra data fees for data that was meant to be free. This has been the worst service experience and to be frank, I will never buy another product from Autopage after this experience. I demand that Autopage provides me with my free data and a refund for the data costs that I incurred as a result of its incompetence.
