Auto page what's going on???

I was phoned about a free cell phone and that there will be no account, no bill and no charges on this phone and that this is absolutely free. There was no terms and conditions read to me about this product! After almost 2 year's I tried to apply for credit just to discover I was put on ITC for this product. I never received any statements or phone calls about this product and Auto Page claimed that I took out a contract for a Talk 200 package. I received a phone with no sim and never used it as I was under the impression only a phone is free. I took it up with Auto page and listened to the recording. I was told it's free and will never be able to run up a account or bill. The guy I talked
to miss led me and on RICA some details is also wrong. What can I do about this situation? It's now 4 week's and I am really getting angry about this.
