I currently have a MTN 350 and MTN Lite Uncapped contract, both of which worked fine up to December. For the last two (2) months my internet has been unuseable (Since 7 January 2013)

Now the modem/cellphone is connected and shows EDGE (which up to December use to be 3G) and its literally too slow to even do the most basic of internet searches. My area has 3G coverage, I had it last year, it was told to me when I sigend the contract and it shows I have coverage on the MTN website.

I have gone to the MTN branch in Secunda and logged a call at 808, however to no avail.
I'm paying for services (especially in regards to the Internet package) that I'm not receiving and to which MTN so far has done nothing to fix.

I see this as exceptionally poor service delivery, especially in regards to something that used to work and obviously due to negligence of some sort is not working anymore. I also know for a fact that this is not only a localized problem with myself, but also a problem being experienced throughout Secunda.

I expect this to be fixed, unless MTN is willing to admit that its breaching its own contract due to selling products that clearly are not fit for this area.
