MTN 3G internet package feedback

I bought a one year internet contract from MTN, and I'm rather going to get ADSL, even though I doubt that I will be able to cancel the contract at MTN. Every day is a battle to get connected, and once connected it is a matter of time before I am disconnected, it sometimes take up to an hour before I get a connection again. According to the modem information page, I am connected the whole time, but it is not the case. I live in Centurion, the area has great cellphone coverage, and the 3G on my phone (Also MTN) works all the time, its only the home internet package that is not working, I am sure there has to be a limit to the number of those type of connections that are made to a cell tower, and Centurion probably has a large number of users connecting.

My brother has the same package, he is happy with his, but he does not live in a densely populated area (Outside Krugersdorp).
