Hi There. Since February I experienced that my signal on my phone has dropped significantly. Where I had a great 3G coverage I have no 3G left. Besides the fact that I don't have 3G anymore my Edge signal does not work 90% of the time. The upload light on my phone goes on and it freezes there. I have had this contract for more that a year now and I never had any problems regarding to signal or internet. Had great speeds and everything worked fine until February this year. I sent an email and spoke to the MTN Coverage department on the 27th of February and they gave me feedback that 2 towers in the area was faulty and said it is being attended to. Then after two weeks my internet signal became even worse. I phoned MTN Coverage several times to find out about the situation and to just get feedback as to when it would be resolved. One consultant said it would be within 24 hours. I phoned back the next day and they said my phone is connecting to a tower 4KM from me because the towers has been fixed. Until today my internet is very slow if it works and most of the time it doen't work. I have a Samsung Galaxy S2, and it uses internet for almost all its services. Please can you help me.
