CANNOT FIX AN ADSL LINE IN FIVE DAYS!!!

We are a business that is reliant on our internet lines - logged a complaint on 14th at 07h10 in the morning - after complaint after complaint they eventually sent some on 15th - problem still not rectified - we are now on the 20th and the problem is still not rectified despite escalation after escalation. We were told today that the technician cleared the complaint on the 18th without the matter having been resolved
