I ended up reading about some of the complaints, logged towards our beloved Telkom. Oh boy, can I tell you, they pretty much got it standardized through out all the complaints I've read. Same Person from the Escalation Department handling our complaints, obviously different escalation numbers though. Since the day I've logged my complaint and up to and including today, the only contact that I had with Telkom, is the escalation team that is trying there out-most best to send out escalation letters. May I suggest that Telkom ought to start a new department, called Hello Peter! So many complaints, but so little solutions.
I guess in a few days time you'll be taking my money for another month of pathetic service. It is criminal for taking peoples money for services not rendered.
If you might have forgotten, I'm still having download speeds, similar to dial-up. Though what you state as up load speed, that I get close to every time running a speed test, downloading at about 0, 06Mb/s and uploading of about 0.4Mb/s VS (downl 4.0Mb/s & upl 0.5Mb/s, the package i'm paying for!)
