We have been without our Landlines for 9days!!!

Our company has reported a fault on Monday the 11th of February 2013, we were given a Reference number which reads 551508490. We called numerous times to check if they logged the fault - assigned a technician etc. Only on Wednesday the 13th a technician was assigned. On Thursday they kept saying they'll make a note that it is important - my colleague sent them a fax reading we need help with our telephone lines. No one responded. Friday I phoned and asked them when will someone be attending to the problem and they said before the end of the day. I phoned them Monday the 18th February and the person assisting me said someone was sent out on Sunday but no one was at the office. I mean really on a Sunday when no corporate company will be open the technician will be attending to the problem. The director of our company went to Telkom offices yesterday 19th February and they told him they will send someone out immediately. Well its Wednesday morning the 20th February and we are still waiting for someone to come fix our lines. We can't go without our phones another week.
