AFTER SIX MONTHS CAN'T SORT OUT A SIMPLE PROBLEM

Last September I took out a new contract with Cell C; since then I have had no ability to send MMS. MMS texts have 2 SMS deducted each time; MMS photos just don't get sent at all. I have sent emails, I have phoned and phoned and phoned, I have been into the branch several times to complain and for them to stare at my Samsung S2 blankly, at one stage I had four different reference numbers for this complaint. I received numerous calls from Bongi who never seemed to realise she had ever phoned me before and kept promising it would be escalated, but nothing. For about two months I hounded them, and during November I eventually gave up. I have been told that the reason they deducted 2 sms was because I sent 2, which is rubbish. In six months nothing has been done, even though I have told them that I had a total of 7 contracts to give them if they sorted this. I have now taken the contracts elsewhere and have only given Cell C two of them, and I have given up all hope of ever getting this sorted. I have lost my fight, though there are times when I really have needed mms. You offer great packages, great pricing; shame on you for your shocking service!
