Telkom Complaint of Non Service

Our phone lines went out of order on the 12th of February 2013, I reported the fault on the 13th of February 2013. When I had no feedback or response from Telkom, I drove to the Nelspruit Branch on the 14th of February to enquire about the status of our repair. I was directed to a phone were I spoke to a Consultant who just said that I should be patient, the will attend to my repair in 4 - 5 working days. I tried to explain to the consultant that it is a business line, and that we can not be without service for such a long time. He assured me that someone will phone me before close of business to give me feedback on the situation. On the 18th of February I drove back to the Nelspruit Branch, asking for feedback, according to the system a technician was assigned on the 17th, but they could not say why the fault was not repaired. They assured me that someone will phone me today to give me an update.By 15:00 when I had no response I phoned again, the first consultant tried to patch me through to the technician, but I was cut of. The second consultant became rude and aggressive and slammed the phone down in my ear.
