ALMOST 2 MONTHS WITHOUT A WORKING LINE NOW!!!

On the 23rd November 2012, lightning struck the line at my moms place. Brother logged call. 1 week=Nothing. I logged call. 2 weeks nothing. Logged a call again. 3 weeks nothing. Logged a call again. 4 weeks nothing. Logged a call again and report on HelloPeter. Someone phoned me to spy on call centre person who has hands chopped off. 5 weeks=nothing. Brother logged another call and HelloPeter. Mother logged a call personally too. 6 weeks=nothing. This is the 21st Century. We are living in the information age. How is this possible? If a parastatal of the size of Telkom, merged with Vodacom cannot fix a simple cooked line for a simple customer, then what the must be going on in the rest of government??? And YOU MR Telkom still bill us R400 a month for freakin line rental!!! I want YOU to pay my mother back every cent and find some qualified and competent person to fix the line. Otherwise outsource your repairs to someone who knows what they are doing because you MR Telkom clearly do not. GIVE THE JOBS TO THE PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! STOP EMPLOYING USELESS, LAZY, INCOMPETENT SOUTH AFRICANS WHO WANT A PAY CHEQUE FOR DOING NOTHING ALL DAY LONG!!! 2nd Complaint!
