Phone line not working - again!

This line was faulty in October. It took Telkom almost a month to fix it (only after I logged it on this website). It was fixed mid November and on 23 December (a mere 6 weeks later) it was faulty again. No response from Telkom, even though I logged it immediately. It is now 2 weeks later and no response
