HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE

I have 1 gig 1 gig free after 24h00 with vodacom for R99.00 per month. Since I have taken it out my account was never more than R300. My account due for 1 March R1 169.02. I called the call centre and they said that they will log a complaint for someone to investigate. I received a call back to say that the data was use by me. How is this possible I need for them to prove to me that I did you all of this data.
