Suspended account even though i paid

I recieved an sms to say i must pay R573 for my account. But i have a top up contract and pay R360 a month. So i called to as why so much. The lady informed me it was a mistake on there side and that i should pay my normal instalment which i did on 8.2.2013. Then yesterday 12.2.2013 they suspend my line. When i called them this morning they say i musmusy pay R50 to reconnect.why should i do that when it was there fault. Im really upset with autopage. I will be taking this further and reporting them. Absolutely disgusted
