I have a data contract with vodacom and for the past four month I have been forfeiting data because I cannot use it due to lack of signal. I am paying every month for not being able to use the data. I have reported this twice and they tell me that something needs to be installed in my area but I on the other hand am forfeiting my data every month. This is unacceptable and this service is appalling for vodacom standards. They are now like the other cellular network providers.
