Edgars treat their customers like criminals!!!

I've somehow underpaid on my Edgars account and have been receiving these rude SMS'S IN CAPITAL LETTERS threatening me to pay or be handed over. I went to the Kollonade branch, asked how much I was in arrears and was told R160. I paid R300 to catch up and this morning received a sms that I was handed over as a SLOW PAYER!!

I have a monthly payment that goes off from my bank account, I NEVER miss a month, and then you treat me like a criminal!! I've been with Edgards for YEARS and have a credit limit near R10 000 - I think it's pathetic.

Perhaps get your act in order and start sending me statements again, then I can stop guessing how much I owe. The issue was clearly on Kolonnade's side as she clearly said that there was only R160 outstanding.
