A working line? More out that working

We live in Randparkridge, and our line is more out of order than in working order. If we report that complaint it takes days for someone to come and fix our lines. We logged queries with the escalation department, and the only feedback we get is people phoning us to find out how our experience was with the escalations department. Telkom is a real joke.
