I was phoned by a Tekom sales person who sold me an ADSL connection provided by Telkom. I started with 5 gigs, then took up an offer for a faster connection and 10 gigs. However I have just had continuous problems with no connection. I report the fault on their web page, and get my reference number via SMS very promptly. My ADSL will be connected within a few hours, and work for maybe 1hour, then it's back to the same old no connection. I spend more time trying to rest the modem than actually utilising my connection. Does anyone at Telkom know what providing a service actually entails, this is absolutely rediculious. I want to cancel my service and find another "service" provider.
