Hello any interested or competant person at Telkom. I have reported my line down since 27 November ref no 678CRK281113. This fault has been escalated 3times already with no effect. Does Tellom actually have a working technical department or is Telkom in the proverbial sh&t and cannot attend to all the phone lines that are currently not working? Please can I have some honest feed back as to when I can expect my line to be working again
