They just don't care and will not assist at all

On several occasions i have been phoning from my cell phone because our lines have not been working, i am paying for each and every call i make to them for the past few months we sit with out our phone lines and each and every time i report a fault they just point blank ignore each and every request we have a line that is completely dead and one line that has a very bad crackling sound on it this still has not been repaired after numerous request. Now for the last few days after two massive power surges we do not even have a line that is working, i am losing thousands of rand's on a daily basis due to this ans till to date they have not bothered to send any one to come sort out our lines i have waisted R400.00 over the last two days to find out when my lines will be working again ans=d all i get it that it is with the escalation department, I reported a fault on the 16th of this month and this is still not resolved, we reported the same fault on the 21st and still not resolved and now again on the 27th and still not resolved, Telkom will never take any responsibility and always passes the buck to someone else, why must i pay for a service that we are not able to use???
