RUDE STAFF MEMBER!!

Never in my life have I ever been so DISGUSTED in service!!! Went to Waterfront MTN to pick up my phone battery (after the customer service agent forgot to give to me yesterday) and the gentleman in the office was SO rude and accused me of not checking my phone when he's own staff can't do their jobs properly!!! While I'm talking he turns and walks away! Absolutely no respect, will get he's name later today and will not let this go until this guy has been dealt with!!! MTN SORT YOUR STAFF OUT!!!
