The driver is an extention of your brand!!!

On Tuesday 29 January 2013 at 15:15, I get a call on my mobile by a very rude gentleman telling me "I'm here you must come down to reception" I asked him who are you, to which he replied "I'm from MTN and I'm here you must come down". I went down to reception and the receptionist call the gentleman over, I said to him that he was very rude on the phone to which he got very defensive and carried on with his attitude, I work for a professional firm and will not stand for anybody talking to me in such a manner in front of clients! I proceeded to ask the gentleman for his name and surname, he then got very rude and refused to give me his name, I politely told him to take his MTN parcel back because I will not be treated in such a manner by any staff member or representative of MTN! My contract has come to an end with MTN and I am now seriously considering changing my service provider! The receptionist and the firm still called me and said she can't believe how rude the gentleman was! All I can say is that every person employed by MTN represents the brand and I am disgusted!
