Speechless at the rude staff

I received an sms today that I am going to be listed if I do not phone Schulenburgh Attorneys. I phoned them and they made me hold only to then put me through to the rudest, most miserable, unprofessional person I have ever come across in my life. I have had a difficult couple of months and so after Mrs. Fourie shouted at me and kept interrupting me while I was talking I started crying at work I had to put the phone down in her ear to get her to stop shouting at me!!! Then Schulenburgh Attorneys falsely accused me of lying about knowing about this account. These attorneys need to be disbarred and their staff need to be fired and never work again because never in my entire life have I come across people this rude. Words fail me. I cannot even try to begin explaining how rude this woman was. I am completely shell shocked and I am definitely making a turn at the nearest place of authority to lay a charge against them firstly for defamation of character.
