FRUSTRATED CLIENT - MTN STAFF MISINFORMED

2 days ago I wrote msg on MTN FB & MTN responded informing me to contact MTN Direct. I am a good paying client who moved from Vodacom to MTN 2 years ago because I was made to believe (by MTN) that your pricing, services and stock are far more competitive than Cell C & Vodacom. So now that I am due for an upgrade MTN has NO STOCK! I would like to upgrade my iPhone 4 to a 5 (I have 2 expensive contracts with MTN) and so I wanted to find out where I could get an iPhone 5 from. The staff at MTN Direct not only gave me INCORRECT telephone no's for stores but also were NOT able to assist me with giving me a store in Gauteng where there is available iPHONE 5 stock! I find this shocking! I had to call back MTN Direct 3 times to get correct information!! Your staff are misinformed and not kept up to date with MTN stores and stock etc. One staff member actually told me that MTN staff in MTN direct do not have access to sales floors and what stock is available etc - this is shocking!! How are they suppose to help us clients with important information like that if they don't have access to the right information! Another staff member had the audacity to tell me to check MTN website! How rude.
