TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE STAFF!!

The service provided by this post office is terrible. One staff member in particular couldn't be bothered - Wearing earphones, listening to music and completely disregarding customers. When I asked for the manager, he pointed me in her direction and refused to call her. He was so rude and asked "if i couldn't see that he was working in despatch." The branch manageress has no idea about what's going on and argued wtih me that her staff don't wear earphones until I pointed it out to her. She called that same staff member who was rude and wears earphones and he shouted at me, "What's your problem"... I was shocked, I was even more flabbergasted that she did not demand that he apologise to me right there and then. To be fair, people like that who don't appreciate or want their jobs, should give up their jobs to the countless desperate South Africans who are in need of jobs!
