I ordered an iPhone 5 from Cell C in December last year. I eventually received it after a month of waiting for it. The phone was faulty so I took it in to Cell C Randburg who advised that they couldn't take it in as I had ordered it online so I needed to call 084 145 to have it collected from me and choose option 3. I called on the Saturday. automated voice system stated they open from 9am to 14h00 on Saturdays but the call got cut even though I was calling at around 10am. I chose a different option and spoke to a very friendly Ntombifuthi who advised that the repairs department is closed and I must call again on Monday. On Monday, I had to hang up after being on hold for about 10 minutes so I emailed customer service, no response. On Tuesday, I eventually got through to a very rude Warren. He said he will arrange for someone to come and collect it from my work within 7 working days and I need to put everything in the box but the nano sim card. I wanted to know what I was expected to do till then and how they would get hold of me as this is the only phone I was using and he hung up. I called back, and my service has been disconnected. It's day 8 and I still have the faulty phone.
