The below feedback is unacceptable - what of the booster as promised by this lady? Why should we pay for internet if we do not get Quality of Service??? and Icasa still no response?

I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that you may have experienced.
Our telephonic conversation today on 079 864 7945 refers:

With reference to the service request number, S3-LDF3W-WNL8T, our records reflect that you were contacted that there is no time frame as to when the site plan will be completed.

Please be advised that I have escalated your request for a temporarily signal booster, and the Networks Division will revert to you soonest.
