TELKOM IS TOO RICH FOR MORE BUSINESS?

FIRSTLY TELKOM CALLED ME AND WANTED TO FIND OUT IF I WANTED A LINE.I DECIDED TO SAY YES.I WAITED 3 WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD GIVE ME AN INSTALLATION DATE.AND AFTER 3 WEEKS I GOT A DATE AND CHANGED IT TO WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME.I TOOK A DAY OFF FROM WORK FOR THIS ESPECIALLY.BY 3'O CLOCK ON THE DAY OF INSTALLATION I DECIDED TO CALL THE CALL CENTRE.FIRSTLY EVERY PERSON YOU SPEAK TO ON THE PHONE TELLS YOU A DIFFERENT STORY YET THEY ALL WORK FOR TELKOM.THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE TECHNICIAN WILL COME OUT.I CALL AGAIN AT HALF FOUR AND THE LADY TELLS ME THAT THE TECHNICIAN CALLED AND I DID NOT ANSWER.I WAS DAM WAITING THE WHOLE DAY FOR THEM TO CALL.THEY NEVER CALLED.NOT EVEN A VOICE MESSAGE.I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AGAIN AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR.I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 10 MIN BEFORE BEING CUT OFF.TODAY I CALLED AGAIN, THE LADY WAS RUDE AND APPARENTLY ALL THE SUPERVISORS WERE IN A MEETING.IF THEY DONT WANT MY BUSINESS JUS TELL ME.DONT MAKE ME HANG LIKE THIS.
