Refusal to refund money

After numerous complaints and numerous occassions I passed on my correct contact details to cell C they still refuse to refund money due to me after I cancelled a contract (out of the contract period) and they still complain they can't get hold of me on the incorrect contact details which I ave told them is incorrect.
