I have had it with Cell C. I've on numerous occassions queried the 3G card which should be deducted from my account since last year March (2013). I've given my banking details telephonically and via email on numerous ocassions, no deductions. Then in August 2013, I queried the account again and was told its been handed over. No notification was issued regarding this. When asking Cell C about the account, there is absolutely no information. They promise me that the law department will contact me, no contact was made. I asked for banking details to make a payment, no response. now the problem is, if I eventually get the details to pay this measly R49 p/m (YES, THAT'S ALL THEY NEEDED TO DEBIT!!!). However, I was told I will not receive the data that I've missed out on. I find this highly unnacceptable as it is clearly not my fault that my account was not debited. Yet again Cell C slips up and tries to make the consumer liable. I will pay what I am liable for but I want my data. Should this reflect on my credit record, I will ensure this is taken as far as possible. I expect to be contact by 1pm tomorrow.
