Incorrect debit amount - after "correction"!

I can't believe that after complaining and being assured that the error had been corrected, Cell C still debited from my account the amount that was deemed to be incorrect.

The usage portion on this contract is supposed to be R399! not R549!
This is absolutely disgusting service. I want my refund processed today!
