Cell C is well aware of my issues regarding my cancelled contract, however i will explain AGAIN.I took out a contract with Cell C in January 2013, the phone was broken and i returned it the next day. At the time of purchase, Zain, the sales person at the store had not advised me regarding any initiation fee. Only when i went home, i received a sms from Cell C saying my account will be debited with R110 (approx). When i returned the phone, i advised Zain that i want the contract cancelled, this due to the lack of infomation received from the sales person and teh poor quality of stock received. He told me it can be cancelled as i held it in my possession for a few hours! Ever since then its been one drama after the next, as Zain never contacted me regarding the contract cancellation, i had to call him and Cell C numerous times. I eventually took to Helopeter to complain, and Cell C called me. I spoke to some area manager, and we discussed my issues, after much deliberation, he advised me that he will cancel my contract and refund my money, as he did not want me to contact CPA.Despite his assurance, i am then further billed R216, for January. This is just wrong, i need Cell C to refund me asap
