BAD SERVICE!!! waiting 3 months to rectify details

My personal details on my monthly invoice is incorrect. I've logged this numerous times via email and phone, and every time they say the correct details will reflect on my next invoice... Well it's been more than 3 months and it is still incorrect

I get a phone allowance from my company and these mistakes of Cell C are jeopardising my claims
