Not debiting account & suspending service

I am not being debited for my "SmartData PostPaid 2GB 24month" contract & instead of notifying me of any issues the account is just being suspended. The first time I called (Dec 2012) reporting this issue the incorrect banking details had been captured so these were updated. Something is still wrong. When I call into 084140 I get put on hold for 10 - 15minutes & this is unacceptable.

In summary: 2 issues
1) CellC needs to sort out my debit order issue / implement some warning of unactioned debit orders (for whatever reason)
2) CellC needs to sort out their call centre
