This is now getting pathetic. CellC debited my account for .41c for a standard payment on a top-up contract. Any simple can see this is wrong, but not cellc! I WAS due for an upgrade last week, but obviously cellc refused telling me to "take my issues somewhere else" So, after nothing/no/null/zero notification/s the "wonderful" (sarcasm) 3rd cell provider cut me off! Do you really think I am going to renew my contract?! No, instead, I'm going to write a report here as often as possible to spread the word of how terrible/awful/dismal/incompetent cellc is. Please people, don't bother with this company! And if you do, expect unwanted issues, and bad attitude from stores, and a lack of concern from management, as well as claiming they tried to get hold of you. Seriously now, if the cell phone company cant get hold of you, there is a problem with the line, and they should then fix it! Not ask for alternative contact details!
