Debit orders on my account without notifying me

Cellc submitted 2 debit orders on my account without notifying me, took out a second contract with them during the course of the month and no advised me on the amount that will be deducted, sms was sent on the same day of the debit order hence it has caused 2 unpaid debit orders (bank charges occured), a consultant called me as a logged a complaint with them and i requested to be e-mailed call retrieval for that sale, no one came back to me since, tried to call the call centre and was given more than 3 reason for my debit order and my call was wrapped up 5 times when i always request to speak to a supervisor, this situation is unacceptable cause when i go to the branch in Randburg the stuff are clueless.
