Please move my debit order as requested

I went into CellC Canal walk almost 3 months ago to request my debit order be moved to my standard bank account and nothing has been done about it as yet.
I ALWAYS have debit order issues with CellC and would caution anyone from joining up with them.
CELL C PLEASE CHANGE MY DEBIT ORDER TO MY NEW BANKING DETAILS!
