Cancellation not done and Cell C is still debiting

Good Afternoon

I am writing this letter to advise for the second time that I am cancelling the above contract. I called CellC in November and one of your agents advised me that my contract has expired and CellC will be debiting me for the last time in November and the contract to be cancelled. That has not happened as you still debiting me twice per month, on the 20 as I agreed with you and again on the 31st. This has damaged my credit standing on my bank statement as I get returned debit orders and get charged R110 for that returning debit order.

I want CellC to do the below for me :
1. Cancel this contract with immediate effect
2. Reverse all debits against me from December
3. Pay all the R110 penalties for the CellC returning debit orders
4. Advise if I swim swop will I get my air time as I used that sim for less than a year and the contract is 2 years.
