Unauthorised sim connection on my account

26 Nov. 2012: Vodacom contacted me in connection with an arising account because of a data sim connected to my account (just over R4000). They then deactivated the sim. On 27th they contacted me and said they will contact me when an audit has been completed. That would be in 24 hours. I opened a case at the police station because I have never signed a contract or agreed to any verbal contract for a data sim. On 29 Jan 2013 I received a message that there will be response to my data billing query in 14 days time. On 16 Feb. me and my wife's phones were disconnected without any warning. At present the account is more than R7000. I have paid for all services used during the last months.
