I am tired of being kept in circles

I am painfully disappointed by the treatment I got from mtn branch in century city pertaining a blackberry torch that I perchased on contract from them. I got a phone that was not working properly which I took back the next day I had perchased it. for six months they kept me in circles while I want there month after month booking inn every phone I got from them that was not working. now I am tired and all they can tell me is they can only book it inn and give me another phone which I know is going to give me the same problem. I wanted to change my package to an iphone and didn't mind to pay any extra charges but they denied me. now it looks like I have to live with fact that mtn has sold me a blackberry that does not function and there is nothing I can do about it. I still have the phone and I am not willing to book it inn because I will get the same results. I suggested for them to file a complain for me but they went in circles telling me they are in no position to do that, . I can mention exactly the people that were telling me these answers and I am expecting this issue to be addressed seriously as I am still paying for services I am not enjoying.
