I have just been to the MTN Tygervalley store for the 2nd time this week as my phone just does not work, inbound and outbound calls, Internet, nothing works. Upon entering the store, Lizaan Heyns comes up to me an my friend with a very unfriendly face and asked what's wrong, I explained that my phone is not working to which she asks, in a terribly snotty way, is it frozen. I said no, nothing seems to work on it, she cut me off mid sentence to ask if I have done a sim swop, I told her no, I was never told to do that. Again, with a completely rude look on her face and even worse tone asks if nave an ID, to which I replied yes, she then tells us to sit whilst not even looking at us anymore. Already disgusted by her attitude, my friend and I were even further disappointed when we saw her whole attitude change with the next client, who seemed to have the same problem. She told him in the most friendly way how it could be a sim problem and went on to explain in detail what a sim swop could achieve, even taking the customers ID to help. Why were we not afforded the same treatment? Thank you to Moeashra Wilken however for her help.

Very disappointing and I hope this will change.
