SHOP MANAGER WITH A VERY BAD ATTITUDE

ON FRIDAY 21ST JUNE 2013 I BOUGHT A SET OF TRIM AND LIFT TIGHTS, I DID NOT KNOW HOW THEY WORK AND WHAT SIZE I SHOULD TAKE, THE STORE MANAGER ADVISED ME TO TAKE A SIZE XXL SINCE I AM A SIZE 28 AND SHE SAID THAT THE SIZE ARE 2SIZES SMALLER, AFTER PAYING SHE DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT BECAUSE SHE SAID HER MACHINE WAS BROKEN, WHEN I GOT HOME I REALISED THAT THE PRODUCT SHE SOLD ME WAS COMPLETELY WRONG, I WENT BACK TO CHANGE IT THE NEXT DAY BUT THIS STORE MANAGER REFUSED TO CHANGE IT AND TOLD ME THAT I MUST STOP THINKING THAT A CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT BECAUSE THAT I A STUPID WAY OF THINKING, I ASKED HER TO MIND HER TONE SHE TOLD ME THAT JUST BECAUSE I SPEAK IN ENGLISH AND SHE SPEAKS IN ZULU I THINK MY TONE IS MUCH NICER, THIS WAS THE WORST TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED... NO ONE SHOULD EVER VISIT THAT BRANCH.
