BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

Why is it that some KFC branches accommodates their customers and others just dismiss them with that "stink" attitude like you annoying them?!

I was at the Canal walk branch on Saturday after 1. When you go to any store in Canal Walk for some reason you expect their standard service to be higher than other malls. Anyway, we purchased a Family Combo we asked if they could swop out the colonel burger for a Zinger? and the cashier looks at me with this face and tell me NO! then i ask with box meal can i swop out the mash for coleslaw then she again NO!

I went on to ask her why is it that i could do that just yesterday at another branch but i couldn't here! She looks and me with this face like i am speaking foreign and just doesn't answer.
