Refuse to do sim swop

I went to Cell C Wonderpark to do a sim swop. I tried my sim card in other phones - but kept getting a message saying "Sim card regestration failed". At the shop I tried to explaine my problem, but Lesego basically ignored me (kept on chatting to another lady in their native tongue). She insisted that my phone setting is faulty and that she will just set the correct setting. Again I explained that I tried this sim card in other phones with the same result - It could not be the phone. I said that I want a sim swop - But she refused, saying that she changed the phone setting and that I must go home and IF the problem still occurs, I have to come back - Only then will she do a sim swop. (Again she and her friend was speaking in the language, while laughing and looking at me as if they where sharing a secret). I asked her who will carry the petrol cost if I have to drive back and forth to Wonderpark - She just laughed and turned her back at me.
