I had purchased a PS3 game from the BT Games stand on the 6th of October at the Rage expo, when I got home I was given an error and it would not load. On the 7th after work I went to the Northgate BT games to speak to someone about this, I explained what had happened to the person on duty, I was then given a whole list of reasons why they could not help me and that they couldn't check the disk there even though they had a functioning PS3 in the shop because it is not their policy. I was not asked for my receipt and the disk was not even checked, I was just given excuses. I then asked to speak to the store manager who came over eventually with a shockingly bad attitude who basically told me that if I don't like it that was my problem and walked away after I told them how unprofessional they were. On my way out the store he muttered something towards me. At that point I turned and told him if he had something to say to a customer he should be man enough to say it to my face. I am disgusted that BT Games can hire such people who are meant to be ambassadors for your store. As someone who works with customers I am very disappointed at this disgraceful service. BT Games should be ashamed
